These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and rc77 (hereinafter referred to as "rc77", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the rc77 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://rc77.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related digital services.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your rc77 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rc77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment reversals initiated by the player

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, rc77 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
